AI-Driven Parametric Design, Simulation, and Smart Manufacturing Using Open-Source Tools
This course provides a hands-on approach to automating the entire product development workflow using open-source tools. Participants will learn how to generate parametric 3D CAD models with AI, perform automated FEA and CFD simulations, optimize CNC toolpaths, simulate robotic assembly, and implement AI-driven quality control. The course integrates FreeCAD, OpenFOAM, CalculiX, PyCAM, Gazebo, ROS, and OpenCV to create an end-to-end AI-powered digital manufacturing process.
